Welcome to Matteringsof Mind, a simple, unambitious few pages of writing about some interesting moments that I have enjoyed over the years.
This page is meant to be “about me” but I hope the writing will speak for itself and for me.
I work in the film business which is a mad thing to do; a dubious past with an uncertain future. But no matter, as my old chum Paddy E. always reminds me, it beats the crap out of working.
This occasional blog is my attempt to arrest the process of this life going straight to DVD.

Thank you for stopping by to comment on my post, “Next Year in London,” and letting me know that the Texas Embassy Cantina has closed. I was hoping to get back there some day! Oh, well, I did enjoy the pubs and ale in London! I will check out your blog.
You’re too good of a writer to be unambitious. But, I do understand your desire to remain that way.
What aspect of the film industry do you work in? My soon to be ex-husband is a film director. I’ve been out to the Ealing Studios once or twice. I like your writing very much. Glad you started following me!
I’ll be seeing you around!
Lisa

Hello Bill, I just wanted to say many thanks for visiting my blog and for the follow. I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you but I hope to catch up with everyone gradually and spend time reading more here very soon, and I do mean that! Meanwhile, I wish you a very blessed Christmas. Sherri.
Hey there! I just wanted to say your blog looks neat! And how did you get it to snow?
Thank you for following. The snow is supplied by WordPress. It is only visible on dark backgrounds..
